Who is responsible

No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Fonts are served from this site itself, not from Google or any other third party.
If you close the note about the other language version, or switch language, your browser remembers that choice in its local storage (not a cookie). It never leaves your device, and you can clear it in your browser settings.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA). When you visit, Netlify processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request, to deliver the page and keep the service secure. These logs are kept for a short period only. Netlify is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and a data processing agreement is in place. Legal basis: legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR / UK GDPR).
When you contact me
If you email me, send a brief or message me on WhatsApp, I use your name, contact details and what you send only to reply and, if we work together, to deliver the project. Legal basis: steps before a contract or the contract itself (Art. 6(1)(b)). Messages are deleted when they are no longer needed, unless tax law requires me to keep them (for example invoices, kept for up to 10 years).
If you send a brief through the form on this site, the form is processed by Netlify (Netlify Forms), which stores what you enter (name, email, the optional details and your message) and forwards it to me. The same purpose, legal basis and deletion rules apply as for email above.
WhatsApp is run by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd (Meta). If you message me there, its own privacy policy applies. If you prefer, use email instead.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to its use, and ask for a copy to take elsewhere. You can also complain to a data protection authority: in Germany the authority of your federal state, in the UK the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
